Purchase a new eligible Lexmark printer between January 1, 2013 and December 31, 2013 and trade in an eligible printer or multifunction printer (MFP) and receive a cash rebate. Shipping and recycling for your approved trade-in model is free.

Complete your trade
Enter your contact information, review the Terms and Conditions, and then confirm your trade.

Send in your proof of purchase
If required, you may be asked to email or FAX us your proof of purchase for your new Lexmark printer(s).

Ship us the product
We will mail you a pre-paid shipping Waybill label, TITU label and shipping instructions within five business days of validation of your proof of purchase. Package your trade-in printer(s) in a box (provided by you), attach the UPS Waybill shipping label and bright orange TITU label to each trade-in printer and contact UPS to arrange a convenient time for pickup to have it shipped it to the specified destination. There is no charge to you for shipping.

Receive your cheque
Your rebate cheque will be issued approximately 6 to 8 weeks after the validation of your proof of purchase and the receipt of your trade-in printer(s).
